No Parking or driving on the grass. No parking in empty RV spaces, or in roadway. Park only in designated spces. RV plus an additional vehicle are allowed at the site, please inquire with guest services regarding additional vehicles. There is a fee of $10 per day for visitor vehicles or additional vehicles. Citations will be issued and vehicles may be subject to tow at owners expense.- No wood fires are allowed in Campground G, along the hillside in E or along the bluffs in C. - All RV's must be backed in with the exception of pull-through sites.
No loud parties or music that will disturb surrounding neighbors. No DJ equipment, PA systems or Karaoke machines are allowed. "Quiet Hours" are from 10pm to 7am. No groups larger than 10 people may congregate and may be asked to disperse. Visiting hours end at 10pm. Guests violating these policies may be asked to leave with no refund and will not be permitted future reservations. - Stabilizer/RV Jacks must be placed on the asphalt and not in the grass area.
- EZ-Ups - one per site and no larger than 10'x10' in size. Enclosures must remain open during daylight hours.
- Nothing can be attached to trees, bushes, or any resort property. This includes and is not limted to: Pinatas, swings, hammocks, lighting, tethers, and ropes.
- No kites, drones, kiddie bouncers, air blown playsets, waterslides, slip'n'slides, or pools larger than 48 sq. feet and 22 inches deep.
- Picnic tables are limtied to one table per site. Tables are on a first come, first serve basis. Tables may be requested at check-in but are not guaranteed. Please do not leave items out on tables as it may intice wildlife to your site.
- Watering schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 10pm to 7am. All items must be removed from grass area during scheduled times.
- Golf carts may only be driven by Adults 18 years of age or older. All State, County and local traffic laws apply and must be followed. No passengers allowed in bed of open pick-up trucks.
- Check out is 11am. Late fees appply and begin to accrue after 11am. Please contact reservations at 909-599-8355 to extend your stay, if availability permits.
- Reservations are permitted for up to 20 days in a 6 month period per LA County Regulations. Any guests violating the 20 day maximum will be asked to leave.
- Golf carts must be registered upon check-in. There is a $10 per day usage fee.
Golf carts may be driven by registered guests only. Visitors of guests are not authorized to drive golf carts. - Driver must be at least 18 years old (16 years old with parent or guardian).
- Please do not dirve on grass or cut through campsites.
Please obey speed limits and drive with flow of traffic.
No overcrowding of golf carts. All riders must have proper seating. Please make sure furry family members are secured properly to avoid accidents or injury.
Consumption of alcohol while driving is not permitted.
Observe quiet hours and be considerate of other campers. Loud and/or offensive music will not be tolerated.
Management reserves the right to terminate golf cart privliges at any time.
Built-in firepits are communal. Use is on a first come-first serve basis. Be neighborly.
No wood fires are allowed in Campground G, along the bluffs in C or along the hillside in E.
Portable firepits are only allowed on grass if they are elevated at least 12 inches.
Do not burn pallets or lumber containing screws/nails. Help keep other campers, pets and the wildlife safe.
No huge bonfires. Keep fire size safe and mangeable.
Please do not throw coals or ash in dumpster or trashcans.
Do not leave firepits unattended. Keep a bucket of water or water hose nearby Douse fire before going to bed.
Propane fires are recommended and welcome at all sites.
Firewood, Propane and s'mores necessities are available for purchase in the Market during normal operating hours.
Please don't forget to electronically accept our terms and conditions prior to your arrival. Failure to accept may result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund. All campers, guests and pets must always abide by the campground rules.
PHOTO ID WILL BE REQUIRED UPON CHECK IN. All stays are subject to The City of San Dimas Transient Occupancy Tax of 12% per night. Owners reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, damages or loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind from or to recreational vehicles, vehicle, storage sheds, or storage yards.
Terms & Conditions
- Check In time is 1:00PM. Check Out time is 11:00AM. Failure to check out of your site on time will result in an additional charge to your credit card on file in the amount of the current daily rate.
- Facilities - Men’s and women’s restrooms with showers; picnic areas; laundry facilities; trash pick-up; family / adult swimming pools; resort maintenance; children’s playground; dump station; 24-hour host service; Basketball and Volleyball Courts; a community meeting room (reservation only); cable TV; market and general store. Access to facilities is based upon availability and may be restricted.
- Site Features - All RV sites are full hook-up and provide the following: 30/50-amp electrical service, fresh drinking water, sewer connections, and cable. Electrical service may be changed in accordance with the requirements of the electric company, the County of Los Angeles, or the Resort and its owners. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONSERVE ELECTRICITY AND USE SURGE PROTECTORS FOR YOUR RV. Please turn off power before plugging into the electrical outlet to prevent damage and then turn it on. We are not responsible for damage due to leaving the electrical outlet on. Access to the pedestal must be always kept clear for servicing.
- Picnic Tables and Firepits – Access to these amenities is not guaranteed and based upon availability. Only one picnic table/firepit is allowed per site and may be requested at check-in.
- Campfires – No wood fires are allowed in Loop G (except in group camping spot), along the hillside in E or along the bluffs in C. Portable fire pits are permitted on the asphalt only, unless they have a stand that is 18 inches off the ground. BBQs are not allowed on picnic tables. Freestanding propane tanks must be secured to RV. Firewood and propane are available for purchase at the Market.
- Items not allowed – Drones, Kites, Fireworks, kiddie bouncers, air blown playsets, waterslides, homemade slip n’ slides (Only official manufactured slip n’ slides allowed. I.E. no tarps), or pools larger than 48 sq. feet and 22 inches. No firearms, air guns, pellet guns, slingshots, or bow & arrows are allowed in the campground.
- Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 7am. All campsites must be set up no later than 10pm each night when quiet hours begin, as a courtesy to those around you. Guests under the age of 16 must remain in their own space during “quiet hours” unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Speed Limit - The speed limit in the campground is 5 - 15 MPH and must be always followed. Most streets are ONE-WAY for your safety and there is NO driving or parking on grass or sprinklers. Guests who fail to respect and abide by the posted speed limit may be asked to leave the campground with no refund. No passengers are allowed to be in bed of open pick-up trucks. NO off-road vehicles, go-carts, or dirt bikes are allowed inside the resort. All drivers of any vehicle must have a valid driver’s license. NO PARK CRUISING.
- Parking – Please Park in your designated space. No parking or driving on the grass, in empty RV spaces, or in roadway. Vehicles parked incorrectly or in other sites may be towed at the park’s discretion and at the vehicle owners’ expense without warning. All RV’s must be backed in except for pull-through sites. Stabilizer/RV Jacks must be placed on the asphalt, not in the grass area. No carports are allowed. No parking vehicles under canopies or awnings.
- Generators are not allowed without written consent from Management. If approved, it can only be operated during non-quiet hours from 7am to 10pm.
- RV sites allow an RV and two vehicles, Tent sites one vehicle. All visitors or additional vehicles must park in designated overflow spaces and are subject to a fee of $10 per day.
- Guest limits per site of 10 people. All rates are based on two occupants. Additional occupants are subject to a nightly fee of $10 per adult and $5 for children 6-12 years old. Children 0-5 are complimentary and included in the guest limit.
- Guest Behavior - Loud parties, loud music that will disturb surrounding neighbors, DJ equipment, PA systems, Karaoke machines, drunken behavior, fighting, disturbing neighbors, immoral or unlawful conduct, offensive, or obscene material WILL NOT BE TOLLERATED. Offenders are subject to eviction with no refund and will not be allowed back on property in the future.
- Maximum stay - In a daily R.V. site is twenty (20) days in the resort. No sleeping outside the R.V., except approved areas for tents. Tent camping is limited to seven (7) days per month. Wilderness tenting is only allowed in designated areas. Rates are per site. No sleeping is allowed outside the tent or in vehicles.
- Pets – Up to 3 dogs/cats under 75 pounds each are permitted per site. There is fee of $2 per pet, per night. All dogs must be always leashed with a 6ft or smaller leash and must always remain under the owners’ control. Dogs are not permitted in the lake or pool areas and may not be left unattended at a campsite. Please clean up after your pets and bring current vaccination records. L.A. County Dept. of Animal Care and Control policies apply to Pet Owners. http://animalcare.lacounty.gov
- Service Animals – There is no charge for service animals to accompany you during your stay. Emotional Support animals are not covered by ADA laws and there will be a charge for them. Service Dog Fraud- Penal Code 365.7 is punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months, by fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ($1000.00), or by both fine and imprisonment.
- EV Charging - There are currently no EV charging capabilities at our facilities. RV electrical pedestals are designed for non-continuous loads, not the constant electricity flow required to charge EV batteries. It is essential to know that plugging your EV into a 30–50-amp electric pedestal designed for RV usage can permanently damage your vehicle, as well as the campground’s electrical system. Even if your vehicle came from the manufacturer with a charging converter, it does not change the way electricity flows through the electrical infrastructure.
- Lake Access – There is no swimming allowed in the lake at our access point. A swimming beach is available seasonally at Frank G. Bonelli Park, which is a separate entity from RV park. Fishing is allowed and a permit is required.
- Golf Carts – Subject to a charge of $10 per day and may only be driven by adults 18 years of age and older. All State, County and local traffic laws apply and must be followed including no drinking and driving
- Personal Mobility Devices – Children age 17 and under must wear a helmet when riding a bike. Anyone riding an e-bike or e-scooter does so at their own risk, must wear a helmet regardless of age, and must abide by all traffic rules including the speed limits. Skateboards, roller skates and rollerblades are not permitted as the roads are not designed or maintained for this purpose.
- Wildlife - Feeding or watering of feral cats, raccoons, possums, squirrels, birds or any other stray animals are strictly prohibited in the park. The Resort, its owner or employees, is not responsible for insects, wildlife, or domestic animal intrusion or damage or injuries. DO NOT DISTURB THE WILDLIFE.
- Decorations – Guests sites must be kept presentable. Non-operating vehicles and bikes will not be permitted. Patio / picnic furniture, and personal items will not be left on the grass overnight and will be completely removed on Tuesdays for mowing of lawns. Nothing can be attached to trees, bushes, or any resort property. This includes and is not limited to: Pinatas, swings, hammocks, lighting, tethers, antennas, and ropes. Hanging and drying clothes outside the RV is prohibited. No fencing is allowed. EZ-ups are allowed if no larger than 10x10 in size. Only one allowed per site and enclosures must remain open during daylight hours. Flags and signs cannot include explicit language, obscene imagery, hate speech or racist symbolism. Fronts of fifth wheels may be enclosed only with a vinyl cover designed for that purpose. Campers shall keep the area under the R.V free from the accumulation of refuse, rubbish, paper, combustible material, storage of personal items and shall cooperate with park management in keeping their area free from unsafe conditions.
- Watering Schedule – Sunday through Thursday from 10PM – 7AM (no holidays) and all items must be removed from grass area during scheduled times. Sprinklers are on automatic timers and will come on at various times. They must not be tampered with, moved, or adjusted. If you have a problem, report it to the office. Please keep personal items off the grass and picnic tables in the grass areas. The undersigned agrees to hold harmless the Bonelli Bluffs RV Resort and Campground; its owner and employees from any damage or injuries caused by sprinklers.
- Pool Rules - Open daily from 10am to dusk. Posted rules at pool side must be observed. Swimming is at your own risk. There is NO lifeguard on duty. Failure to observe posted rules will result in revocation of pool privileges. There is no swimming during pool service and for one (1) hour thereafter. Running, Jumping, cannonballing, or diving are prohibited in the pool. Swimsuits are required; no cut-off jeans are allowed. Unit -B Pool is the designated family pool area. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear an approved swim diaper in the pool.
- Trash and Recyclables - No collection of recyclables from Bonelli Bluffs RV Resort & Campground trash containers is allowed by Bonelli Bluffs RV Resort & Campground or their guests. No visible storage of recyclables at your site. No large items, i.e. tables, chairs, beds, couches, construction or hazardous waste material may be placed in trash containers. Personal trash ONLY will be collected.
- Restrooms and Laundry – Management reserves the right to set hours to all buildings. Restrooms provided for our guests and their visitors are maintained daily. We seek your cooperation in helping keep them clean and functional. Please report problems, vandalism, or damage encountered to resort staff. Laundry must be removed from washers and dryers as soon as cycle finishes to free equipment for other guests. No drying, or washing of pet bedding, grease rags, or heavy pads or rugs is permitted. Guests’ damaging equipment through improper loading shall be held liable. Follow the posted rules. Please leave laundry room and equipment clean.
- Sewer Hoses - Sewer hoses must be gas tight, clamped at each end and sloping toward the outlet no less than 1/8 inch per foot to eliminate in line clogging and shall be no longer than necessary to make the connection. It is unlawful to permit wastewater or material from any plumbing fixture to be deposited on the ground. H & S Code, Section 18554. Draping sewer hoses into sewer connections is strictly prohibited and is grounds for eviction.
- Site Moves – At the discretion of management and based upon availability.
- Site Restrictions – No gainful occupation, profession, or trade may be conducted on or from your site/storage. Mechanical repairing or servicing of vehicles is not to be done on sites, in parking lot, or in the storage areas. Camper shells shall not be removed from the truck and placed on the ground. Trucks rated over one ton will not be parked on the site except specially designed trucks for R.V. towing.
- Inspections – Staff has the right to enter the recreational vehicle’s space or site at any reasonable time without unreasonably disturbing the vehicle owner for (1) maintenance of utilities, (2) maintenance of the premises and (3) protection of the Resort and enforcement of the rules and regulations.
- Refunds - If a refund is due, it will be returned to the card it was originally charged to. No cash refunds will be offered, and any returned checks will be subject to a penalty of $48. In lieu of a refund, resort credit may be granted.
- Risks and Liabilities – By agreeing to these terms and conditions, all guests and visitors agree to relieve and release the Resort, its owners and employees from all liabilities to persons or damage to personal property. The resort and its owners will not be responsible for loss of service due to acts of God, third parties beyond managements control or accidental damage. Attorney fees in any lawsuit brought to enforce the regulations or under applicable law the party who wins may recover its reasonable court costs and attorneys’ fees from the party who loses.
- Vehicle Towing - UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED AT VEHICLE OWNERS EXPENSE C.V.C 22658A Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 799.20 et seq., a recreational vehicle may be removed from the premises without judicial hearing, after the service of a 72-hour notice, if the occupant who has been in the resort for less than 30 days, has either (1) failed to pay for his/her occupancy in the resort, or (2) failed to comply with the resort’s regulations. Law Enforcement Agency: (909) 394-9705 L.A. County Sheriff. All camping permit holders and their guests are subject to Los Angeles County Park and Rec. Regulations.
- Eviction - Pursuant to California Civil Code Sections for renters of an R.V site by owners or operators of an R.V in the Resort that may be removed who fail to pay rent or fail to comply with reasonable regulations, management may evict: Renters for thirty (30) days or less (“OCCUPANTS”), 799.22, 799.28, 799.55 – 799.59 AND 1866.
